P2P Crypto Exchange in India

CoinYatra's peer-to-peer marketplace lets verified users trade crypto directly with each other in INR. The seller's crypto is locked in escrow the moment an order opens, the buyer pays by UPI or bank transfer, and escrow releases only after the payment is confirmed.

Ads carry the price, payment window, accepted payment methods and the trader's completion record, so you can see the terms before you commit.

Digital assets are volatile and not covered by deposit insurance. Capital at risk.

How P2P crypto trading works here

Browse the marketplace for a buy or sell ad at a price you like, or post your own ad with your own limits. When an order opens, the crypto is moved into escrow and a payment window starts. The buyer transfers INR using one of the ad's payment methods and marks the payment as sent. The seller confirms receipt and escrow releases the crypto. An in-order chat, with image and document attachments, keeps the conversation and evidence in one place.

  • Crypto locked in escrow for the whole order
  • UPI and bank transfer payment methods in INR
  • Fixed payment window on every order
  • Order chat with image and document attachments
  • Trader completion rate and ratings on each ad
  • Disputes raised inside the order and reviewed by the CoinYatra team

If a trade goes wrong

Either side can raise a dispute from inside the order. The crypto stays in escrow while the team reviews the order chat, attachments and payment evidence, then releases funds to whichever side the evidence supports. Because escrow holds the asset throughout, neither party has to send crypto on trust.

Before your first P2P order

Complete identity verification, turn on two-factor authentication and add the payment method you actually control. P2P fees and account limits are published on the fees page. Never move a conversation or payment off the platform: off-platform payments cannot be evidenced in a dispute.
