Risk disclosure
Digital assets carry substantial risk. Read this before funding your account. You should never commit funds you cannot afford to lose in full.
Market volatility
Digital asset prices can move sharply within minutes and can fall to zero. Past performance says nothing about future results. Stablecoins such as USDT aim to track a currency but may lose that peg.
Irreversibility
Blockchain transfers cannot be recalled. An incorrect address, an unsupported network, or a missing memo can result in permanent, unrecoverable loss. You are responsible for the details you submit.
Network risk
Congestion, fee spikes, chain reorganisations, forks and outages may delay or prevent deposits and withdrawals. Confirmation requirements exist to protect you and cannot be waived.
Custody and platform risk
Balances on CoinYatra are ledger entries against assets we hold. They are not bank deposits and are not covered by deposit insurance or any investor compensation scheme. Insolvency, operational failure or a security incident could affect your ability to access funds.
Liquidity and execution risk
Quotes include a spread and may change before an order is confirmed. Sell and settlement requests are processed manually and may take longer during periods of high volatility.
Earn programme risk
The Earn reward rate is promotional and variable. It is not a guaranteed yield, not an APY commitment, and can be reduced or ended at any time. Subscribed principal remains exposed to market movements and to platform risk.
Regulatory and tax risk
Rules affecting digital assets differ by jurisdiction and change frequently. Regulatory change may restrict features, assets or availability in your country. You are solely responsible for determining and paying any tax due on your activity.
Fraud and social engineering
Never share your password, 2FA code or recovery codes. No legitimate member of our team will ask for them, or ask you to send funds to an external wallet to unlock a withdrawal or reward.
No advice
CoinYatra does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice and does not assess the suitability of any asset for you. All decisions are yours alone.
