CoinYatra investment terms & conditions

These terms govern the exclusive CoinYatra Investment Partner programme (version v1.0). They are read together with the investment agreement issued to each approved investor. Participation is subject to CoinYatra approval and applicable laws.

1. Exclusive opportunity and investor capacity

The programme is an exclusive CoinYatra opportunity offered to selected and eligible CoinYatra users. It is limited to a maximum of 150 approved investors. Once that capacity is reached, no further applications are accepted and no further investors may be approved unless CoinYatra explicitly changes the configured capacity.

2. Eligibility

Applicants must hold an active CoinYatra account in good standing, have completed identity verification (KYC) and must satisfy any additional eligibility, suitability, source-of-funds and compliance requirements CoinYatra applies. CoinYatra may decline any application at its discretion.

3. Minimum and maximum investment

The minimum investment is ₹50,00,000 (50 Lakh) and the maximum investment is ₹5,00,00,000 (5 Crore). The investment is denominated in Indian Rupees (INR).

4. Application and approval

An application is a request only. No investment exists, and no returns accrue, until (a) an authorised CoinYatra administrator approves the application and the approved amount, and (b) the approved amount is successfully funded from your CoinYatra wallet. CoinYatra may request additional information, or reject an application, at any time before funding.

5. Crypto funding and INR valuation

Approved investments are funded from eligible crypto assets already available in your CoinYatra wallet, using CoinYatra's existing wallet and ledger infrastructure. At funding, CoinYatra records the crypto asset, crypto quantity, conversion rate, conversion timestamp, funding transaction reference and INR value. That historical conversion record is permanent and is not restated when market prices change. Eligible assets are configured by CoinYatra and may change for new investments.

6. Investment activation

The investment becomes active on successful funding. The investment start date, minimum lock-in end date and applicable terms are recorded at that time and apply for the term of the investment.

7. Return terms

The configured monthly return rate is 3% of the funded investment principal, applied according to these terms and the applicable investment agreement. Returns are not guaranteed, are not a deposit, are not insured, and are not endorsed, licensed or approved by any regulator or government authority.

8. Daily earnings calculation

Earnings accrue daily under the configured methodology: 30-day month (monthly return ÷ 30). Each accrual is recorded as an auditable daily entry containing the date, investment reference, eligible principal, applicable rate and earned amount. The methodology is a configured programme setting and is applied consistently to all accruals.

9. Monthly earnings withdrawal

Earnings may be withdrawn once per eligible cycle (once every 30 days), subject to these terms. The system permits only one earnings withdrawal per cycle and displays your next eligible withdrawal date. Applicable fees, if any, are shown before you confirm. Earnings withdrawals never reduce the investment principal.

10. Minimum six-month principal lock-in

The investment principal is locked for a minimum of 6 months from the activation/funding date. During the minimum lock-in you cannot withdraw, partially withdraw, reduce or cancel the principal through the dashboard. The minimum lock-in applies to the investment principal only — it does not restrict eligible earnings withdrawals.

11. Extension after the minimum lock-in

After the minimum lock-in has ended you may request an extension for a period permitted under the applicable agreement, subject to CoinYatra approval. An extension creates a new recorded term/extension event; the original investment dates, agreement records and history are preserved and are never overwritten.

12. Exit / redemption after the minimum lock-in

After the minimum lock-in has ended you may request an exit/redemption of the principal, if permitted under the applicable agreement. Completion of the lock-in does not create an automatic principal withdrawal. Requests are processed through CoinYatra's review and settlement workflow and require administrative settlement.

13. Principal versus earnings

Investment principal, earned returns, withdrawable earnings and locked principal are tracked and displayed separately at all times and are never combined into a single generic withdrawable balance.

14. Fees and taxes

Any applicable fee is a configured programme setting and is disclosed before you confirm a transaction. You are solely responsible for determining and meeting your own tax obligations, including any reporting or withholding that applies to you. CoinYatra does not provide tax, legal or investment advice.

15. Official investment agreement

After approval and successful funding, CoinYatra generates an official investment document recording the investor details, investment reference, approved amount, funding asset, crypto quantity, conversion rate and timestamp, start date, lock-in, return terms, earnings withdrawal terms, extension terms and redemption terms. The document is stored against the investment reference and available in your Investments dashboard. Final legal wording, execution process and enforceability are determined by the definitive agreement issued by CoinYatra. 16. Risk disclosures

Investing involves risk, including the risk of delay, reduced returns or loss. Crypto asset prices are volatile, and the crypto quantity required to fund an INR-denominated investment depends on the conversion rate at funding. Returns depend on CoinYatra's ability to perform under the applicable agreement. Past or illustrative figures are not a promise of future results. Do not participate with funds you cannot afford to place at risk.

17. Suspension and termination

CoinYatra may suspend or terminate an investment, an application or programme access where required by law, where compliance, fraud, sanctions, security or account-status concerns arise, or where the applicable agreement permits. Suspension is recorded, and the investor is notified.

18. Changes to these terms and to programme settings

CoinYatra may update these terms and the configured programme settings. Existing active investments retain the terms approved at funding time unless changed through an authorised and legally appropriate process. Material changes are notified through the platform.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

[Placeholder — governing law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution and any regulatory disclosures to be confirmed by CoinYatra legal/compliance. No regulatory registration, licence, government approval or guarantee is claimed or implied by this programme.]

20. Support and contact

For questions about the programme, an application, an investment, an earnings withdrawal, an extension or a redemption request, contact CoinYatra support through the Support section of your account.

21. Disclosure

Investment opportunities are subject to CoinYatra approval and applicable terms, conditions, agreements, risks, and laws. Returns, lock-in, extension, withdrawal, settlement, and other conditions are governed by the applicable investment agreement.
