Advertise With Us — terms & conditions

Any signed-in CoinYatra account holder — individual or business — can submit an advertising request. Identity verification (KYC) is not required to submit or track a request. CoinYatra may still request identity or ownership documents where it is necessary to verify an advertising claim or a payment instruction.

Payment amounts are set per advertising category and, where applicable, per advertisement type. Current amounts are shown in your account before you confirm a request and may be updated by CoinYatra at any time. The amount shown at submission is indicative; the final applicable amount is confirmed on approval.

Every request moves through a documented review: submitted, under review, approved or rejected, then payment processing and paid. CoinYatra verifies that the advertisement genuinely exists, is currently displayed, matches the declared category and type, and that the submitted evidence and payment details are consistent and belong to you. CoinYatra may ask for additional information or clearer evidence before completing a review, and may contact you using the details you provided.

For vehicle and physical advertising, evidence must be captured as a live photo using your device camera at the time of submission. Gallery uploads, screenshots, edited images, images of screens, stock photography and reused evidence are not accepted. Each submission records the capture time and, where you allow location access, the capture location. Submitting manipulated, misleading, duplicated or third-party evidence, or claiming payment for advertising you do not control, is fraud: CoinYatra may reject the request, withhold payment, suspend advertising participation, restrict the account and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

Payment is made in Indian Rupees to the UPI ID, bank account or payment QR code you provide. You must use payment details that belong to you or that you are authorised to use. CoinYatra is not responsible for payments that fail or are misdirected because of incorrect details. Approved payments are processed within the timeline communicated at approval; payment is recorded in your account with a reference once processed.

Where a request covers a period of display, the advertisement must remain displayed as declared for that full period. Fresh evidence may be required for each payment period. Removing, covering, defacing or replacing the advertisement before the declared period ends may result in the withholding or recovery of payment.

CoinYatra branding must be used exactly as supplied and must not be altered, combined with other offers, or used in a way that is misleading, offensive, political, or implies a partnership, licence, endorsement or guarantee of returns. You are responsible for all permissions, permits and consents required to display advertising, including vehicle, municipal, media and platform rules.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or payment and does not create an employment, agency, partnership or franchise relationship with CoinYatra. CoinYatra may decline any request at its discretion.

Any tax, reporting, legal or regulatory obligation arising from an advertising payment remains the responsibility of the recipient. CoinYatra may apply any deduction required by law.

CoinYatra records every submission and every review action, including status changes, amount changes and administrator notes, for audit and fraud-prevention purposes. Evidence and payment details are stored privately and are accessible only to authorised CoinYatra reviewers.

CoinYatra may update advertising categories, amounts, requirements and these terms at any time. The terms in effect when a request is submitted apply to that request.
